The tiniest Turquoise beads are knotted onto a beige nylon cord with 18 karat gold beads, pink coral, and a small rose cut White Sapphire set in 18k gold. The beads are about 1-2 mm in diameter and the Sapphire is 2mm in diameter. The cord is waterproof and very durable, so you never have to take it off. Findings and clasps are solid 14k gold.
